Our summer solstice retreat 2015 will guide you through meditation, inquiry, play, ceremony, creativity, healing, energetic work, movement and soulful community to fully immerse yourself in your radiance.  We welcome you to join with us, to be inspired by engaging with others who have the same drive and urgency to Be Love as you do.

From your cells through to your soulful spirit this retreat is the inner path of alchemy and transformation that brings together your essence, purpose and gifts, with your service.

You become radiant when you allow your deepest love to shine through the essence of who you are. Then you begin to radiate with a warmth and light that has the capacity to light up life around you.

Introducing your guide, Clare Russell:

Clare is a healer, coach and intuitive and has taught 1000’s of people worldwide on how mastering the subtle world of energy leads to personal transformation.  She brings 8 years of experience and training in a variety of healing, meditation and coaching modalities, along training from elders of the ancient traditions and mystical paths of wisdom.

We are staying at not only a gorgeous retreat space, but also becoming part of a working sustainable community who are living their soulful vision of sustainable and harmonious living in the modern world.

Monestevole, our retreat location and heart-led community is a small, traditional Umbrian community living in a beautiful 15th century farm hamlet. The retreat space is a huge wonderfully renovated eco-luxury farmhouse that sits at 600 meters on top of a hill surrounded by 40 hectares of olive groves, pastures, oak forests and a vineyard – All for your exploration. 

 

 

 

 

 

We are just 40 minutes from Assisi, and the nearby airport Perugia that has direct flights from London daily with Ryan air.

You will be treated with all your meals lovingly grown and prepared at Monestevole, cooked by Filippo who creates totally mouthwatering delicious food and even a glass of wine, grown from grapes from their own vineyard is available.

 

 

 

 

 

You can relax and unwind at the poolside, walk in the Umbrian countryside, take a ride on one of their horses, make vegetable soaps and body oils, take part in outdoor yoga session..all as you desire.

Why Summer Solstice?

The solar radiance is the hearts capacity to shine in a way that lights up everyone and everything.  Its the inner intentionality to be the positive change in the world through revealing the light that you are.

In the same way that the luna cycles effect our watery nature each month so also does the yearly solar cycle effect us. At this time of year we recognise the rising of the creativity, life giving aspect of Fire.  We are also recognising the peak of the solar cycle.

In traditional cultures the solar is the ‘first kin’, our first relation (kin coming from the Myan word for sun).  When we offer ceremony at summer solstice we are amplifying, celebrating and honouring the manifestations and creations of light, grace and beauty in our lives.  We are also opening to receive the in-pouring of this light and grace for our coming creations.
